PRIVACY POLICY
Last Updated: June 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how SEEK AONVAST LTD, trading as PureApi ("PureApi," "we," or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes information about you when you access or use our website at https://pureapi.org/, developer console, APIs, and related online services (collectively, the "Services"). Controller contact and registration details are in Section 10.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice through the Services or by email.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, purchase credits, contact support, or use the Services. This may include your name, email address, account preferences, and any information you choose to send us.

If you make a purchase, payment processing is handled by third-party providers such as Stripe. We receive transaction metadata (for example, billing details, payment status, and partial payment identifiers) but do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

If you sign in through a third-party provider (such as GitHub), we receive information made available by that provider in accordance with your authorization settings, such as your name, email address, and provider account identifier.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Services, we automatically collect information such as:

- device and browser type, operating system, IP address, and general location inferred from IP;
- pages viewed, links clicked, access times, and referral URLs;
- API usage metadata, including model identifiers, request status, credit consumption, timestamps, and error information;
- cookies and similar technologies used to operate and improve the Services.

API Request Content

When you use our APIs or console, we process Customer Input you submit (such as prompts, parameters, and media URLs) to provide the Services. This content may be transmitted to third-party AI model providers to perform requested generations.

Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from payment processors, authentication providers, infrastructure vendors, and fraud-prevention partners.

2. How We Use Information

We use information we collect to:

- provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services;
- authenticate users and manage accounts and API keys;
- process payments, billing, and credit balances;
- monitor usage, detect abuse, and prevent fraud;
- provide customer support and communicate with you about the Services;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms; and
- generate anonymized or aggregated Usage Data for analytics and service improvement.

We do not use your Customer Input to train, develop, or improve our own AI models.

3. How We Share Information

We may share information with:

- service providers that help us operate the Services (such as hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, and security vendors);
- third-party AI model and infrastructure providers, to the extent necessary to process your requests;
- professional advisers, regulators, or law enforcement when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security;
- other members of a team or organization account, where applicable (for example, billing information, API key metadata, and request history associated with the account); and
- a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or similar transaction.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. International Transfers

We and our service providers may process information in the United Kingdom and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal data.

5. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and how it is used.

6. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, or to request portability.

You can update certain account information through the developer console. You may opt out of promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in those messages. We may still send transactional or service-related communications.

If you are in the UK or EEA, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In the UK, this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

To exercise privacy rights, contact us using the contact details in our Terms of Service, Section 19 (https://pureapi.org/legal/terms-of-service).

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling cookies may affect functionality.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
