API Services Terms

API SERVICES SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS

These API Services Terms supplement the PureApi Terms of Service between SEEK AONVAST LTD ("Company") and you ("Client"). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in the Terms of Service at https://pureapi.org/legal/terms-of-service.

1. Definitions

"Client Solution" means Client's product or service that integrates with the Services through APIs and is made available to End Users.

"End Users" means customers of Client who use the Client Solution.

2. Access Through Client Solution

During the Term, Client may integrate the Services into the Client Solution using Company-approved APIs, subject to payment of applicable fees and compliance with these Terms.

Client will NOT expose PureApi API keys, raw API endpoints, or unauthenticated access to the Services directly to End Users. End Users must access AI features only through the Client Solution.

Company may limit API calls from the Client Solution if reasonably determined to be excessive, abusive, or harmful to the Services.

3. End User Requirements

Client will ensure End Users are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority where they live).

Client will enter into legally enforceable agreements with End Users containing terms at least as protective of the Services as the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy at https://pureapi.org/legal/acceptable-use-policy, including prohibitions on pornographic, sexually explicit, or NSFW content and other unlawful use of AI-generated content.

Client is liable for acts and omissions of End Users that would breach the Terms of Service if committed by Client.

4. Customer Input and Training

Company will not use Client's Customer Input submitted through the Services to train, develop, or improve Company's own AI models.

Customer Input may be transmitted to third-party model providers to perform requested generations. Client is responsible for providing any notices to End Users required by applicable law.

5. Service Changes

Company may update APIs, models, pricing, or Documentation. Client is responsible for maintaining compatibility of the Client Solution at Client's expense.

7. Survival

Sections 1, 3, and 4 survive termination.
