Acceptable Use Policy

PureApi ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

PureApi is a generative media API platform for developers and businesses ("Users"), operated by SEEK AONVAST LTD ("we" or "our"). By using our Services, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP"), which is incorporated into our Terms of Service at https://pureapi.org/legal/terms-of-service. We may update this AUP from time to time.

PureApi provides access to AI models operated by third parties. While those providers may apply their own safeguards, you remain subject to this AUP. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account, blocking of IP addresses or domains, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate.

You are fully responsible for your use of the Services and, if applicable, for your End Users' use of your Customer Solution.

Safety

Do not use the Services, or any inputs or outputs, to promote or engage in illegal or harmful activity, including without limitation:

1. Sexualization, exploitation, or harm to children or minors, including child sexual abuse material or grooming.
2. Illegal distribution of harmful materials to minors.
3. Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual depictions of individuals without their consent.
4. Human trafficking, sexual violence, or other harmful violent or sexually explicit content.
5. Self-harm, suicide promotion, or facilitation of serious physical harm.
6. Terrorism, violent extremism, or operational support for terrorist organizations.

Adult and Sexual Content

Do not use the Services to create, request, store, transmit, or distribute:

1. Pornographic, sexually explicit, erotic, or not-safe-for-work (NSFW) content of any kind, whether in text, image, video, audio, or other media.
2. Content intended primarily for sexual arousal or gratification.
3. Nude, semi-nude, or sexually suggestive depictions of real or fictional individuals, except where strictly necessary for lawful, non-sexual purposes (such as medical or educational content) and not for sexual gratification.

This prohibition applies regardless of consent, artistic intent, or whether content depicts real or fictional individuals. It applies to Customer Input, Output Content, and any Customer Solution or End User use.

Civility

Do not use the Services to engage in or promote uncivil conduct, including:

1. Threats, harassment, bullying, abuse, or incitement of violence against individuals or groups.
2. Hate speech or content that dehumanizes or advocates discrimination based on protected characteristics.
3. Gratuitous violence, extreme gore, torture, mutilation, or animal abuse.
4. Misinformation or disinformation likely to harm public health, safety, elections, or civic participation.

Integrity

Do not use the Services for fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical activity, including:

1. Scams, fraud, or deceptive practices intended to cause harm or obtain unfair advantage.
2. Face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation tools or outputs; identity theft or impersonation using another person's likeness, voice, or identity without consent in a harmful, defamatory, or unlawful manner.
3. Spam or unsolicited bulk communications.

Dignity and Intellectual Property

Do not use the Services in a way that:

1. Violates privacy, publicity, or other legal rights of third parties.
2. Infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

Compliance

Do not use the Services:

1. In breach of our Terms of Service, this AUP, or applicable third-party model provider terms.
2. In violation of applicable laws or regulations.

Security

Do not use the Services to compromise security or process sensitive information without appropriate authority, including:

1. Personally identifiable information you are not authorized to process.
2. Protected health information, financial credentials, or biometric data without lawful basis and safeguards.
3. Activity that threatens the integrity of the Services, such as unauthorized access attempts, malware, or denial-of-service attacks.

Sanctions and Eligibility

You may not use the Services if:

1. you are under 18 years of age;
2. you are located in a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions that prohibit us from providing the Services; or
3. we have terminated your account and notified you that you are prohibited from using the Services.

Organization Accounts

If you administer a team or organization account, or operate a Customer Solution with End Users, you are responsible for ensuring that those users comply with this AUP and our Terms of Service.

Enforcement

We may review activity where necessary to enforce this AUP but are not obligated to monitor all use. We may remove content, refuse requests, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement or third parties in investigations.
